If you select all of these and go to File Open, or Command O, it's going to open them all in Preview. If you double click on any image file it's going to open it up in Preview. I think it's the least versatile and not even the easiest method. So the first method we're going to look at is the one everybody else tells you to use. Then I'm going to show you different options.
